Easy Plant Based Meal Plans Step By Step

Every health loving people face difficulty while planning for dinner, lunch, breakfast or snacks, but what if they have to through a party for their friends or family member and they don’t want to add any junk food or food which is not plant-based. 



So especially for them, I am going to help you with Foods name and Ingredients which they need to use to make that easy plant based meals which are especially recommended by Vega Dad.
I am going to help you with Plant-Based Drink, Snacks, dinner, lunch, breakfast name, and ingredients which you can use in party menu:
  • Drink:
    Cold-Brewed Shiso and Hibiscus Tea Iced Latte Ingredients:
    >3 hibiscus tea bags
    > 1 cup shiso leaves
    > 4 cups filtered water
    > 2 tablespoons agave, honey, or cane sugar
    > 1 cinnamon stick
    > 2-4 ounces unsweetened almond milk
    > Ice (As per situation)
  • Snacks:
    Scalloped Potatoes with SausageIngredients:
    >1 pound fully Cooked Polish Kielbasa Sausage Rope, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    >2 tablespoons butter
    >2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    > Salt as per taste
    >1/4 teaspoon pepper
    >2 cups milk
    >4 medium red potatoes, halved and thinly sliced
    >1/4 cup chopped onion
    >2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • Lunch:
    Kidney Bean Salad with Lemon & Parsley Ingredients:
    It Includes Salad and Dressing:
    For Salad:
    > 1½ cups or a 15oz can chickpeas
    > 1½ cups or a 15oz can kidney beans
    > 1 medium cucumber
    >½medium sweet white or red onion
    >1 cup finely chopped flat leaf parsley

    For Dressing:
    >5 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    >3 tablespoons olive oil
    >2 cloves garlic
    >1 - 2 teaspoons sugar, or a little drop of maple syrup
    >salt as per taste
    >cracked black pepper
    >water as per need
  • Dinner:
    Zucchini Noodles With Vegan Portobello Bolognese Ingredients:
    >3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
    >6 portobello mushroom caps, stems, and gills removed and finely chopped
    >½ cup minced carrot
    >½ cup minced celery
    >½ cup minced yellow onion
    >3 large cloves garlic, minced
    >salt as per taste
    >Fresh ground pepper
    >1 tablespoon tomato paste
    >1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes (I strongly recommend San Marzano)
    >2 teaspoons dried oregano
    >¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
    >½ cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped (plus extra for serving)
    >4 medium zucchini
  • Breakfast:
    Super Green Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
    For Smoothie:
    > 1/4 ripe avocado
    > 2 medium ripe frozen bananas
    > 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed strawberries/raspberries
    > 2 large handfuls spinach
    > 1 small handful kale, large stems removed
    > 1 1/2 - 2 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk
    > 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
    > 2 Tbsp salted creamy almond or peanut butter

    For Toppings:
    > Roasted unsalted sunflower seeds
    > Granola
    > Raw or roasted nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
    > Shredded unsweetened coconut
    > Fresh berries
    > Hemp seeds
